We learn a lot about Adam’s private thoughts and feelings, particularly as it relates to Robin. Was he truly in love with Robin? If so, did that surprise you?

Adam thought he was in love with Robin, but I don't believe it. He started the relationship by his wanting to hurt Jules. Adam wants what he can't have. If he loved Robin, he would have shown that love by treating Robin right.

[Robin]

I agree with Sharon. Adam wants to things that are beyond his reach. He wanted Jules because he could use his contact to get a role in a movie. Then he wanted Robin because he was trying to make Jules jealous. And he loved trying to get between the two of them when they were happy.

I agree. Adam always wants what he cannot have. He only went after Robin initially and later believed he was in love with him because he realized the depth of the feelings Robin and Jules had for one another.

If Adam had truly loved Robin, he would never have entered a relationship with him or tried to get in between Jules and Robin.

Ladies, I wrote the question wrong and my apologies. I was questioning whether Adam was truly in love with Robin. But, you all seemed to understand it correctly😏

I’m just a sucker because I was shocked to learn that he really did love Robin, or as much as he can love anyone. He used Jules and I don’t believe he was ever in love with him. I always thought he used Adam to get a leg up on his career but here it seemed more.

I hated how he treated Jules.
