Cass gasped. "Really?" She grabbed his arm and tugged him to the front doors. "It's so good."((sorry i bet that was a boring surprise 😭))
He felt his heart rate go up a little as she pulled his hands, tugging him to the front door. "I'll see very soon then." He said, chuckling softly.

Cass nodded and ordered, then paid for it. She led him to a table, sitting down in the booth.

Cass grinned. "Isn't it!" She glanced around. "I forgot how much I missed this place."
He nodded. "Must be nice to live nearby this heaven." He chuckled.
"It was." She agreed, then took a bite of her own.
Cass glanced at the time, satisfied that she had nowhere to be.
He finished the gelato smiling. "Oh wow, this is great." He said.
"I agree," She nodded, finishing up hers as well.
He threw the cup in the trash smiling as he got up.
"Back to the apartment, I'm assuming?" Cass tossed her cup.
She nodded and followed him to the car.
Cass unlocked the door to the apartment when they got back, stepping inside and tucking her sleeves into her hoodie.
He headed in, closing the door behind them.

He got out of bed, putting his shirt on as he left his room.
He knocked on her door. "Cass?" He called.
Cass rolled over, burying her face in the pillows.
He opened her door, seeing her on the bed still. "Cass, it's almost 8." He said.
Cass groaned. "You can't call me that. Only my friends can call me that." She said drowsily. She was joking of course, and a little loopy because- she was really, really tired.
"Fine fine." He said, leaving the door open. "Let me know if you want breakfast." he called out.
"I'm jokinggggg" She said dramatically, flopping over in bed. She didn't even know what she was saying at this point.
He nodded, coming back into the room. "So, did you want breakfast?" He replied, looking at her.
She blinked up at him exhaustedly. "What if I wasn't dressed and you just walked in?"
"I'd probably be getting hit by a lot of things...probably thrown by you." he said.
Cass shrugged. "Probably." She pushed her legs over the side of the bed and pulled herself to her feet.
"So, breakfast?" He asked, for the third time.
"Yeah," She mumbled, steadying herself.
He nodded, smiling a little as she steadied her self. "Didn't get good rest?" He asked.
She rolled her neck and it popped in 7 different places. "Not really,"
"I'm sorry to hear." He said.
She smirked. "No you're not." Cass stretched her limbs and tugged on a sweatshirt.
He nodded, admitting he wasn't. "True." He said. "Anyway, breakfast will be ready soon." He said.
"'kay" She headed into the bathroom and shut the door.
