So, a couple of questions.1) What would this series be called?
2) Per GR, a series must have shared characters and/or a shared "universe." Based on the blurbs, these look like standalone novels with a shared theme or plotline. Could you explain how they meet the GR definition?
3) That second book appears to already be part of a different series called "Hunted."

The series would be called Hunted.
They all either live in a place called Sanctuary or they are trying to escape the Hunters and get to Sanctuary. The place is ruled by The Council who insist on their rules being obeyed or they will be kicked out of Sanctuary and left to the mercy of the Hunters.
The shared characters would be "The Council" members and the Universe would be Sanctuary.
Book 2 introduces the place "Sanctuary " where the shifters can live in peace without fear of being hunted.
