Is there a way to update book progress of an audiobook through Goodreads?

Not really. What I do is get the ebook too, and update progress that way, or figure out the number of "chapters" (on Audible, these are really segments) and calculate:
Number of segments listened to \ Total number of segments
Number of segments listened to \ Total number of segments
Thank you! I usually don't allow myself to stop in the middle of a chapter so I can just get the page numbers to each chapter.
The number of pages on an audiobook edition is supposed to be set to the number of hours of the recording. So if you know how long you've listened, you can use that to track your progress.Though that presumes that you shelve a similar audio edition to the one you're listening to and that the page/hour count is correct on that particular edition.
depending on the book. under your profile where books you are reading. click on the book. Scroll down and you will see the type of media. click on it and see if the audiobook is listed and change it. Not all books have this but some do. That is what I do and then I guess the approximate % I have listened to.
I get the total running time of the book and track how much I've listened to. I then multiply that by the total number of pages to know approx which page I'm on. I have a spreadsheet set to do this. Pretty nerdy, right?

Most of the audio players I use have some sort of progress bar/number that tells me how far into the book I am. If you click on the word page where it asks you to update what page you're on- it changes to percentage. I prefer percentage to page # anyway, so all my books list that way, whether I'm actually reading them, or listening to the audiobook.
