Anonymous editor of anthology?

Hi, I wanted to get some advice on how to handle an anthology with an unnamed editor? No author is named on cover on book and the editor foreword is signed with the publishing company name only. Contains short stories by 19 authors, so listing all seems not feasible. Attributing the whole book to one or a few does not work well either, I think. Unknown (editor)? Or publisher name?

Just list all the authors, in the order they appear on the cover (or title page).
