      While there weren't any glaring signs, I figured there wouldn't be a story if she had committed suicide.
    
      Exactly, Lauren. I don't think there was anything that jumped out at me at the crime scene...but we knew it had to be a murder.
    
        
      I just thought it was kind of weird that someone would suddenly go jump off of a bridge with no note or anything else to explain it. The one weird thing was her body being on shore. She should have still been in the water.

Unfortunately, too many cases of suicide don't leave notes leaving their loved ones without an explanation.
Also, I understood from the story that the currents had the body washing up on shore.
