With a Kindle edition imported from Amazon, we assume a work has been available at some point, unless there is clear information the edition was listed but removed before publication or such. In that case it becomes an issue for the staff to handle, not the librarians.

Those are valid. It stands for the Amazon Breakthrough Author award and the entries have Kindle editions. That one is just no longer on Amazon.
Looking at the edits, this title and cover are exactly how it was imported from Amazon. After looking up other entries, they all follow this format and don't include the genre mentioned on the "cover." So for consistency I am inclined to leave them as is.
