Uk's oldest prize yet one that tends to overlap with Goldsmiths/RoC in terms of books that win it - last 9 winners include 2 RoC winners, 1 Goldsmiths winner and 5 books shortlisted for the Goldsmiths - only one didn't feature on either award.

It's an impressive list of recent winners. A Shock wasn't my favorite, but any book prize that goes to Ridgeway is one to pay attention to.
The Gordon Burn Prize 2023-24 will open for entry in May 2023 to works in English published between 1 July 2022 and 30 November 2023 by writers of any nationality. The longlist will be announced in November 2023 and the shortlist in January 2024, before the prize ceremony in March 2024.

It was very helpful for learning more about lesser known prizes and nominated books that are on my radar now. Thank you.
It is a good resource, but I wish you would include some of the nonfiction prizes as well, especially the Baillie-Gifford Prize. I find the Baillie-Gifford usually has some exceptional literary reads each year and this year there are several. It is awarding on 11/16. The next few days will see lots of awards.
