I have to say your review was pretty spot on. I didn't miss the characters who weren't as featured, but was happy to see all included. And, I have to say that I think this is the first of the series I haven't felt underwhelmed by. That is, I always enjoy the writing, the mysteries, and the cozy stories, but sometimes feel a bit let down. I don't really know why. This was the first time I didn't feel that way -- and. again. I don't know why.
I'm loving Scarlett and Harry.
Is it wrong that I picture Scarlett as a Jenn McKinlay lookalike?? This is also the first time I remember thinking that (I think??).
Thanks. It's always nice when someone says my review was spot on.Hadn't thought about Scarlett being a Jenn lookalike. I wonder if I will feel the same way when I read the next book in the series (assuming we get another one).
