I have a series - the Rangers - that I want to reorder please.
Series is https://www.goodreads.com/series/3374...
I'd like Exton to be 0.5,
Braxton to 1,
Brighton to be 2, and
Layton to be 3.
Can you help?

Michele | 6354 comments Decimal numbers are used for novellas (shorter than novels). What's the word count for Exton, to see if it qualifies as a novella?

Scott | 9351 comments The lengths of each is comparable to one another (except for possibly the last one which I cannot find anywhere) so the numbering is correct as is.

are you referring to page count? because Exton is 5x8 and the others are 6x9. Word count is roughly 42k for Exton, 74k for Braxton and 69k for Brighton.
The last one is in progress.

Scott | 9351 comments Yes, we go by page count. It's not an exact science, but generally novellas are under 100 pages.

Hadley Finn (hadleyfinn) | 25 comments My bad then, I thought it was less than 45k words. Thanks!
