They are so much fun and they are quite interesting. You should really read them!
P.S
The love triangle is just a chef's kiss .

message 10: by abz (new)

abz hill | 128 comments 10/10 did not expect to love these books so much coz not my usual genre but omg I just ate them up literally could not put them down just so many plot twists I was so invested in the story and the love triangle was actually SO GOOD team jameson all the way tho

Tanvi Pawar | 197 comments Being a mystery and suspense lover, it was definitely 10/10 for me <3 My favourite book series with such loveable characters :)

message 14: by matilda_he (new)

matilda_he | 2 comments 9/10 Loved the characters and the plottwists! I think the 3rd book isn’t as good as the first ones so it would be better if the 3rd book didn’t exist :/

message 15: by Emma (new)

Emma | 100 comments Haha, so the third book doesn’t matter, like I don’t need to read it?

message 16: by Reagan (new)

Reagan | 121 comments 8.5/10! I also recommed Jennifer Lynn Barnes books The Naturals series, The Lovely and The Lost, Little White Lies, and The Fixer series.

message 17: by arla (new)

arla J | 5 comments 10/10!!!

SOOOOO good. The love triangle is everything and is so suspenseful. The mysteries make you want to keep on reading. One of my top books (I read the whole trilogy, the other 2 books are even better)

Really? I really loved the 3rd one! Maybe tied with the 1st one for me.

message 21: by Mia (new)

Mia | 2 comments I LOVED the inheritance games. First is probably my favorite and I like the second and third ones equally. 10/10 for me and I love all the other works by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. She's also one of the sweetest authors I've met too!

jj | 10 comments 10/10 the series is amazing and i love how everything ties in at the end and how fast paced it was.

jj | 10 comments Stitch wrote: "Haha, so the third book doesn’t matter, like I don’t need to read it?"

i think that the 3rd book ties the series up in a good way! i agree, it was a 9/10 for me too, but i think it's necessary to read- it was still a really good book.

message 25: by Sue (new)

Sue Miz (suereads2030) | 238 comments it was a 3.5/5
wrote a review on why
but basically, the game it self was boring and not intriguing
it was obvious that whenever the writer got stuck on an obstacle she presented a new idea to solve it
TBH Avery was unneeded. Everything was solved by the boys
second book was boring
third even more
and I did not think the love triangle was written well

message 26: by GiraffeLogs (new)

GiraffeLogs | 1 comments 5/10! The mystery was definitely overshadowed by an underdeveloped romance! It isn't a terrible read but it wasn't the best either. Posted a review as well :)

message 27: by emilia (new)

emilia strömstedt I rate it 3/10. It is SO overrated in my opinion. For me, I wanted the plot to be the mystery; which is the point of it. But eh, first of all, Avery, 16, gets an inheritance and becomes the most rich person in the world. Then she moves to a mansion with 6 handsome boys? And one of them jumps straight out of a tree and says “hi princess”, with no shirt on. 😐 No thank you ❤️ It sounds like it is written by a 13 year old on Wattpad.
“But the plot isn’t the boys, it’s the mystery!” Yeah, that’s where the problem is at; too much boyfriend problems and too less mystery.
If you couldn’t tell I hate this book and I do not tolerate criticism on my opinion.

message 28: by Melissa3108 (new)

Melissa3108 (melsssbennn) | 6 comments let's say 9/10
i loved it, loved the book, the story and all, but the beginning really is like a wattpad book, that i didn't like

message 29: by Lisa (new)

Lisa | 110 comments 3.85/5 good book, I liked Xander the most

message 30: by Emma (new)

Emma | 100 comments Lot of mixed comments but 3/4 are good so I will read it!

message 31: by Brilyn (new)

Brilyn | 36 comments 5/10. I finished it a week ago and I haven’t thought of it since. I think it’s way to overhyped for what it was, it was all boys and not much mystery. Overall I found the whole thing just boring and repetitive, I’ve read that plot before and rated other book with that plot higher. I think it was poorly written, I heard the 2nd book in the series is better and the third is the worst but I don’t really want to read them. Sure there were some plot twists right at the end of the book but it really wasn’t worth reading the other like 340 pages to get to that part.

Charity (TAKING A BREAK) | 81 comments for me it was 5.5/10. I was expecting more mystery and thriller, but it was more about Avery and a weird "romance" between two of the brothers and some drama. I did like the book tho, i was just expecting more out of the book due to the hype.

message 33: by Bridgette (new)

Bridgette (bforblonde) 5/10. The first book was excellent but the rest was a slow decline.

not the Wattpad fanfics lmaooo
but seriously, there was more romance than actual mystery
take A Good Girl's Guide To Murder for example
you're promised mystery, and its actually intriguing
The Inheritance Games seemed pretty plain and random in that sense
4/10
