Unable to add to series

The Spellgiver series by Steve Rodgers currently has two books, "City of Shards" and "In the Claws of the Indigen". This part is correct.

But there are two other books in the series I can't seem to add: "To Flee a King" (Spellgiver #3) and "Secrets of the Land" (Spellgiver #4)

Also I would like to combine the three different copies of Spellgiver 3, though I understand Combine function may not be available till next weekend. Thank you!
