I just saw your post and apologize for the late response. Some books take place in more than one location. For example Rashid: Her Ruthless Boss: 50 Loving States, Hawaii has the state of Hawaii in the title BUT a portion of the story does take place in the state of Connecticut. As for the specific date of the month, I will do better next time.
