You only have to do what the card says! So once your captain spins and tells you the card, you do what that card says. There are multiple things on the wheel, that card is just the only one that had a reading prompt, so it's the only one shown in your reference guide.

ETA: Wheels are found in the Game Board, under the "Lands" tab. I also just added them to everyone's message 1 on their Team Thread, in case you missed them in the tab.

I haven't been able to get the dice built in to work so I've been using the link.

Hi. I have a doubt about the light blue/dark blue tasks... what would this cover fall under, light blue or dark blue? Tineye says it is 62.6% blue but very inconveniently does not grade it.

I checked Tineye and the shade of blue it isolates seems on the darker side. I'd say it's not a light blue cover.

Yes.
You can move them around on your team tracking sheet until you use them on the game board, then they are locked.

Example..we landed on St, Charles place, but none of our banked books will fit the task. I'm going to start reading one that will fit. However is there a time limit on holding up everyone else from rolling?

Turns should be completed within 2 days. If it will take you that long, please inform the other teams in your post, so that everyone is aware of the reading.

Team Top Hat got the "You've had TWINS, read a book with a child under 5 in it" card. Question - does the character have to be five years old for the entire book? We have a book that covers the very early years of the main character's life through adulthood, and also talks about her siblings at early ages. Would that qualify?

The character doesn't have to stay 5, but the book needs to cover more than a chapter of that age range. For instance, if the first chapter or prologue of the book talks about the main characters childhood, but then the rest of the book/plot is about the main character at an adult age, that wouldn't work.
