Jacob walked into his second to last patient, excited he could go home after the patient after this. He didn't hate the job, but it was tiring and most of the days he wasn't able to see his family that often. "Dr. Dunes!" A nurse called, as he turned to leave the patients room. "Alice. How may I help you?" He replied. Alice was a year older than and they'd gotten along very well in the medical college. She gave a small blush before answering, "The last patient has been taken cared off so you can leave early." She said softly, wanting to ask him to some tea but was interrupted by his smile as she found herself turn red. "Thank you Alice, now then I'll take my leave." He said, patting her on the back before heading to his car, excited he could leave early.

Tempest let out a heavy sigh and a small chuckle as she collapsed into the backseat of her car. Well, it really wasn't her car, it was the car she was chauffeured in. Two of her bodyguards sat in the front seats. Derek was in the driver's seat. He looked back at her through the rear-view mirror and smiled as she sat up.

"Ready to go home?" he asked with a chuckle. "Pshh, yeah. Thanks again, guys," Tempest let out a small yawn and smiled as they began to drive off. At 6 tonight, she finished her last concert on tour. That dang tour had her out for close to a year and she decided she was going to finish it at home. And here she was: finished.

The car hummed at a stoplight and halted as it came to red. Whey waited for all the cars to buzz by and they did. The light turned green so Derek stepped on the gas and eased into a turn. Crash! In an instant, all went black. She could feel the glass on her lap and the blood dripping from her lip.

The news got out asap as the nurses went scattering around, moving the two people off and into the E.R. room.
