Bree’s new on the job and is still evaluating her team. How do you think she’s doing? Is Jim Rogers salvageable? Did you believe him when he told Matt he didn’t shoot him and Brody intentionally?

Bree is doing a great job with her new team. She will probably have to make some changes in the future, but she seems to be methodically evaluating the people who work for her.

Yes, I believed Jim Rogers when he told Matt that he didn't shoot him or Brody intentionally. I think he is going to have to talk to someone about his freezing up when the situation gets tense.

Yes, I believed him when he told Matt it wasn't intentional. I'm not sure at this point if he is salvageable? He has a lot to work through.

I like that Bree is working with everyone to evaluate them on what she sees and how they do.

Bree is feeling her way, but she is strong and resourceful. She will make an excellent sheriff and her team will soon realize she is tough but fair. Those who refuse to see it will be out of a job.

Rogers has the potential to be good cop with the right leader and some therapy for his PTSD. I believe that it was an accident, and Sheriff King set him up to shoot Matt and Brody.
