Bree and Matt visit Eli’s house and talk to his roommates who aren’t helpful. Were they just being typical students or did you think, at the time, they had something to hide?

I thought they had something to hide ~ wasn't sure what. You would think they would be more forthcoming with one of the roommates gone missing.

I thought they were definitely hiding something. I didn't know if it had anything to do with Eli's disappearance or if there was something in the house that they didn't want the cops to see.

They were really unhelpful and snotty. It made me suspicious that they were hiding something, but I didn't think they had hurt Eli.

Boy, we’re they snotty and smug. I never really suspected them of doing anything to Eli but thought they were hiding something. Turns out they were just obnoxious and paid dearly for their behavior.

Unfortunately, this kind of immature bullying and harassment is all too common, and the young men and women who engage in it never think of the, sometimes deadly, consequences.
