My 7th book, published just a few days ago, is Self-Publish Without Spending Money. I run a consulting firm for Local Iowa Authors and provide adaptive aid in helping local authors turn their books into careers. In my most recent book, I've collected my most frequently asked questions and turned them into a how-to book. In Self-Publish Without Spending Money, I show you resources for taking your manuscript from first draft to published without spending a single dime. As long as you're willing to do the legwork, there's no reason you have to spend any money. Check it out and please let me know what you think! http://amzn.to/1KaDkGU
Covers are crucial to book sales. An unappealing or lackluster cover can make authors lose plenty of potential sales. It is the first thing a reader sees, and unless they're familiar with the author, will weigh heavily on their purchase. The second most crucial element is editing. Two bee or knot to be will pass any spell checker. I'm sure you cover both of these points in your book and I hope your list of free resources are found to be fantastic. All three of my full-length novels have become Amazon international bestsellers and I'm proud of every dime I put into them. Anyhow, good luck with sales!
Agreed, and throughout my book I supply resources for paid options if the free options are too much work or beyond the reader's wheelhouse. Counter to that, I also outline professional grade free options that a lot of people just don't know about.
