i think it’s such a beautifully written book, however it didn’t make me cry which i was expecting it to but that might just be me and not the book itself

personally i thought it was overrated a bit and it put me in a slump towards the end…although it was still a beautifully written book and is a classic retelling which i enjoyed

I absolutely loved it. My friend tried to get me to read it for months and I kept saying no because I knew it would make me cry. Beautifully written, and I love retellings.

Kinda overrated and it was so boring. Took me half of the book to know the characters and keep up and from like 60% it got interesting. The end was good tho but I didn’t cry as I expected to.

i study latin and already knew this story, however i love the story so much more now, i watched the film troy aswell but this is just so much better

I thought it was a bit overrated. It followed the plotline of the movie Troy with a bit of adjustments. The ending still made me cry but i’m also a very emotional person when it comes to romance hahah. I rate it 3.5/5
