I think there is a couple of days lag usually.

Can you give me the ASIN or (if a dead tree book) the ISBN so I can look for you?

OK I checked & its not been added. I would give it another couple of days, then you can make a request in the Adding New Books folder. https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...

Be aware that there is a significant backlog though & unless you are very lucky it will take 5-8 weeks to be added.

Once the book has been added you can apply to Support (Staff) to claim your author profile & then you will able to add future books yourself.
