So, I've started this and surprisingly it's more interesting than I thought it would be :) .

Chapter 1-6
(view spoiler)[I wonder who is the person her father murdered. Also, the new family of boys is kinda creepy and I do think she'll get into trouble :( . The writing is very beautiful and poetic, I'm really enjoying this more than I was expecting too. So far it looks that this is going to be better than your average chick flick :) .

I also like the mystery that surrounds this story: the murder and the haunted house and all those stuff. (hide spoiler)]

It's funny but I think the way they play basketball goes towards the way they are in real life. I keep thinking they are Italian mob. Luca the obvious leader/boss. Gino the inforcer. Nic & Dom also inforcers but not as hard core are Gino??

I definitely enjoyed this book more than I thought I was going to. It kept me intrigued and in edge the whole time. I felt emotionally invested in the character. I'm hoping there is going to be a sequel to this book, be uses I do want to learn what happens next! (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 3, I don't know why but I thought this is a contemporary NA book. So I was a bit surprised to know that it's a YA as the main character is barely 17 years old. And despite it's a contemporary, it reminds me of Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. I still don't know whether it's a good or bad thing :D

(view spoiler)[Valentino is the boos is a twist for me, I didn't see it either. I was sure the boss is Luca. I didn't feel the ending abrupt, though. It was the opposite for me, since the last few chapters it was getting interesting and made me glued to the book :D I know why Luca "protected" Sophie, but I do hope there isn't any love triangle here. I want Sophie just with Nic and if Luca loves her, it's like he loves his sister. (hide spoiler)]

Just finished it and I can't agree more it is so messedup but I looooved it and I don't know how Am I supposed to wait till 2016 & 2017 for part 3.
