How to update new editions with new covers? (answered)

I've recently relaunched a series when the rights were returned to me from the publisher. It's kinda confusing that the old covers stay up to books that are no longer for sale. Is this something I, as the author, can change, or where do I find a librarian to help me?

We don't remove covers, as readers like to shelf the edition they've read. Rather, we create an Alternate Cover Edition.

As the author, you can change which edition of the book is the default, which will show on your author profile. Here's how: https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...

Post your request for adding ACEs in the Adding New Books & Editions folder. Please be aware that there is a significant backlog and it might be several weeks before a librarian reaches your request.

Due to the work involved in adding new editions, you will get faster results by posting each request separately. Be sure to include links to both the Goodreads edition and the source (such as Amazon) for the new edition.
