Adding author photo when not a goodreads author

Hello Librarians, thank you for your help with this author's books and sorry to bug you with another query--I promise it's the last. Malcolm Forsythe isn't a Goodreads author as he can't fulfill the requirments as this is a literary estate. As literary executor how can I add a profile photo for him? I have been able to do this myself on his Amazon page, and his Crime Writers Association page, and want to use the same photo on Goodreads. I have created a Goodreads account for him which has bio and photo.

We can merge the user account you created with the unclaimed author account. Please provide the link to the user account. For the author account photo, we need a short statement citing authorization to use the photo.
