[COMPLETE] Issue with Double Indemnity

The Vintage Crime/Black Lizard edition of Double Indemnity by James M. Cain lists Frank Berserik as a translator. This is an English edition of the book and it does not have a translator, and as such, he needs to be removed from this edition.

Thanks for drawing my attention to this. I re-added the Dutch edition translated by Frank Berserik that was merged against policy by a Goodreads script. (If there ever was a cover, it is now lost in cyberspace.)
