Click on this.
In the pop up box type in the name of the book you want to name, then 'search'.
A list of books will come up, and at the bottom is the option 'add O link O cover'.
Select which option you want.
Beside the book you want in the list select 'add'.
It will appear as text in you comment box, but when you select 'post' it will come up as the link to the book, or the cover to the book.

We both got the same book, Lynn.

I wondered the same thing when I started to use this site more. It's because we are using mobiles that you don't have access to it. When you go on your computer, if you have one, you will find what she was talking about and you have a choice to either post the link or the picture of the book. Hope this answered your question and I wish we had it on our mobiles as an option as this is what I mainly use and rarely use my laptop for Goodreads. :(
:) Happy Reading

I was only referring to the use of mobiles in accessing the Goodreads site on my phone and her iPad.
I have yet to read a digital book yet. It's on my bucket list though. Hahah However, I will always prefer the real thing! Hardcovers especially.
If you use the GR app on your device, it's limited. I use the app most of the time because I dip in and out regularly. However, you are able to use GR as normal going in via a search engine as you would on a desktop or laptop. It's just more fiddly on a device. Luckily I have a desktop set up all the time. Prefer desktops, can't type on a laptop!

We are a dying breed I have digital books and they are good to read while waiting in line. What is really awesome I have a 17 year old and she refuses to read a digital book on her own time. Between her and I we are running out of space to put our books.

Get a keyboard and mouse that plugs into a laptop. Till this day I still can't get use to the mouse on a laptop.

It's not a thriller. It's a non-fiction title.

Excited, and approved for a great author
Black Blast by Mark Greaney

I got granted for The Last Good Place and am also really excited :3 BUDDY REAAAD!

Thank you very much to Net Galley, the publishers for an advance copy of this great book.
When 12-year-old Ciaran Devine confessed to murdering his foster father it sent shock waves through the nation.
DCI Serena Flanagan, then an ambitious Detective Sergeant, took Ciaran's confession after days spent earning his trust. He hasn’t forgotten the kindness she showed him – in fact, she hasn't left his thoughts in the seven years he’s been locked away.
Probation officer Paula Cunningham, now tasked with helping Ciaran re-enter society, suspects there was more to this case than the police uncovered. Ciaran’s confession saved his brother Thomas from a far lengthier sentence, and Cunningham can see the unnatural hold Thomas still has over his vulnerable younger brother.
When she brings her fears to DCI Flanagan, the years of lies begin to unravel, setting a deadly chain of events in motion.
I hadn't read Stuart Neville before, and was immediately hooked. I thought 'Those We Left Behind' was a disturbing and fiercely clever, chilling, absorbing, tragic and suspensful story.
With an absorbing, wonderful main character in DCI Serena Flanagan, a haunted, bruised , compelling lead role, with support in the two Devine brothers, very menacing, chilling and dark characters.
A plot full of suspense , chills, tension and great twists, you just cannot stop reading !!
Highly recommended, a great five star book
Have asked Robin Burcell to do a Readalong and Q & A for December, as Susan Fleet has had to cancel.

OOo please please please let them accept <3

Do they notify you when that happens, HF2?
No, Chris. If you go on Netgalley. Go to your shelf
Click 'all' and that brings up all the books you've had. Anything review / feedback featured is clearly marked. I was shocked to see one of my reviews had been. Had no idea!

I think you get a badge when 3 of your reviews get 'featured'. Some publishers feature all 4 and 5 reviews they get.
