Ask the Author section missing?

I don't seem to have an "ask the author" section on my author profile page. Any ideas? I am tying to turn on the Q & A

Goodreads Librarians are volunteers and have no control over site functionality. You'll want to ask in either the Help site or directly to GR Staff via the contact form

You can claim your author profile by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page that says "Is this you? Let us know" to access the application. Complete the information — including selecting your book[s] from the list provided — and then submit the application.

After the staff has completed their review, they will upgrade your current reader profile to an author account and send you an email confirmation. This might take a few business days, depending on staff workload, so please be patient.

Once your claim is processed, you will be able to make certain changes to your books, including combining different editions of the same book. You'll also have the ability to choose which edition will be the default — that is, the one that comes up in searches by title and shows on your author profile.
