Missing numbering, duplicates, and I don't even know what's up with the unknown books.

Hi Zaltys, thanks for flagging. I have added numbering to the series.

Duplicates: Looks like these duplicate records are because the authors have profiles in different languages. It is Goodreads policy to have the English/anglicized spelling of an author's name as primary author. I have added Taro Hitsuji as primary author and merged the books as appropriate.

Unknown books: I have invalidated the records and it shouldn't show on the list or in search results anymore. People who might have marked it as "read" before, will still be able to find it through their read history.
