I enjoyed this one when I read it a few years ago, hope you both do as well! Have either of you watched the movie from a few years back? I have not and didn't know if it was supposed to be any good either.

Yep, I knew there was a movie, but I haven't gotten to it yet. I heard it was pretty good, though. I think I'll wait until I finish the book, then I'll try to watch it. π
I read this a couple years ago too and liked it. I have seen the movie and it was good but I think they couldβve done more with the nastiness. Iβll have to look, I donβt know if itβs based on this book.
I checked and the movie isnβt based on this book. Thereβs a lot of Krampus out there. For a really great Christmas horror check out Rare Exports. Itβs Finnish and a must-watch for us!

I just put the audiobook & ebook (for the illustrations) on hold through Libby. I wish I'd done it sooner. I won't get them this year.

Will this be your first Brom book Dan? I'm really liking his writing and enjoying the heck out of Krampus.
It's a great horror book for Christmas! There's not a lot of those out there except NOS4R2, etc.? I'll have to find some more for next year around this time.

I plan on reading The Child Thief shortly. π And Lost Gods will most likely be some time in January, so it's possible I'll be reading both simultaneously, at some point.π

I am excited to get back to this one tonight. Once I fly on Saturday (fingers crossed), I'm sure I'll finish all my current reads that day.
Reading is really the only best thing about flying. LOL

Hoping to finish this one in the next few days. The weather and travel issues (ahhhhh!!) almost put me in a book slump. LOLIt's been a weird week and glad to get back to reading!
