Hello, everyone! Ready to start again with out monthly readings?
Let's begin with the nominations. For the eligible titles, have a look at our bookshelf and our "Authors-vs-Birthdays" spreadsheet.

I nominate O Pioneers! by Willa Cather, 159 pgs

Since we're into December if folks are looking for super short ones from the December list here are a couple: Flatland: A Romance of Many Dimensions, 96 pgs
The Story of Babar, 48 pgs

Thank you all! And many thanks, @Chuck for your observations: I'll add these two other titles among the poll options.
Before closing this thread (sorry, we're in a rush!) I'd also like to suggest another short book by a December-born author: The Great Gatsby by F. S. Fitzgerald.

Joshua Moravec (jmoravec) | 37 comments Should we just not have a book this month and start in the new year? that way we won't have to rush especially with the holidays coming up

Ops, @Joshua
I've already created a poll. Let's see what comes out: maybe a short book is the perfect solution.
