Beyond World's End... and a box of Smarties

Here's a title that is FREE on OpenLibrary ( https://openlibrary.org/works/OL64454... ), but one that sells for (currently) $1 US on Abebooks.

So there's an affordable gift - and a nice stocking stuffer, especially alongside those Smarties! :)

Beyond World's End only has one review (mine!) at the present time, but man is this one a corker of a story! Not to be missed for middle-grade fantasy fans, it has everything: the Kraken, UFOology, a fabled buried Iron-Age sword, death and destruction and some serious philosophical ponderings, all coming in at 123 pages and either free or or for a buck. :)

Smarties make a brief appearance about a third to half-way through. ;)

You could even just put the book's URL on the back of the Smarties box and give that... would be a neat party favour, too. ;)
