I read a book about a couple who, i believe were young adults maybe teenagers and they got pregnant. Before the girl knew she was pregnant the guy left her. She ended up having a miscarriage. The guy returned a few years later and doesnt understand why she is so mad at him.

Read about 2 or 3 years ago with kindle. Tried to do a history on books I've read but I read about 200 a year so it's proving to be difficult.

I actually just found the book. They dated for a summer before he left to work with his dad. She ended up not finishing lawschool bc of the miscarriage. 5 years later he came back to town because his dad died and finds out what happened.
