Here are my November reads:

Top Reads

Glory Days: The Summer of 1984 and the 90 Days That Changed Sports and Culture Forever - L. Jon Wertheim
A fun read that chronicles sports, pop culture, and the events of the summer of 1984.

The Fear Artist - Timothy Hallinan
The fifth book in the series that features travel writer Poke Rafferty and set in Thailand. This was an engrossing tale with lots of action and suspense. Listened to the audio version which was well narrated by Victor Bevine.

Good Reads

The Increment - David Ignatius
The author is the Foreign Affairs columunist for the Washington Post and his suspense novels always seem realistic and this one is no exception. The plot revolves around the CIA finally getting an asset in the Iran nuclear program and, while the characters were a bit thin, it was a suspensful listen that was narrated by Dick Hill.

Suicide Run: Three Harry Bosch Stories - Michael Connelly
A collection of three Harry Bosch short stories that were all quick entertaining reads.
