I joined https://www.bookbub.com/ and get weekly emails with offers of book ranging from a few $$ to totally free. They have a huge range of books and I have filled many a challenge from that site.

Bookbub is great. I also recommend Fussy Librarian. Www.thefussylibrarian.com. There is some crossover, but not too much.
