I was your Secret Santa. :) You mentioned that you would like to have a book that surprises the reader and that book surprised me so much when I read it a few years ago. I really hope you like it because I enjoyed it so much and I still think about it regularly. :)

I received a book from my Secret Santa, Ana from Portugal, this morning. It's Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind and I'm rather excited to finally read it, so thank you so much! :)

Many thanks to Amanda Morrison for the gift card (had a few issues due to using different Amazons but it's sorted now!). I've just bought The Butcher and the Wren with my gift card which is the book she originally planned on giving.

I'm really excited to read something by a Finnish author, and the story sounds very promising. Can hardly wait for the Christmas Holidays when I will finally have time to start reading.

I got excited when I saw that you wanted to read Memory of Water because I'm Finnish and I really liked that book, therefore I decided to give you two books: a book that I found surprising and one by Finnish author. It's funny that they arrived separately but I hope you liked the surprise.

I finally made it here! You’re so welcome. My daughter helped me pick your books because your genre is more up her alley so I sent her your list and she got back to me immediately. She was so excited because you had the Lore Olympus books on it and said you have to get those for her! And if not, you have to get them for me! Haha!
Oddly, book one is set to be delivered today I believe. So yes you do have another one coming if it hasn’t come already!
