I liked this book so much for an essay for school. It was such a fun book to read with lots of twists and turns that kept me guessing till the very end. I loved the feeling of adventure with the clues, secret passageways, anagrams, death threats. Also all of the characters were fun to read about it at it really felt like you got to know all of the characters really well not just Avery. To sum it up I loved everything about this book.

The book was really fast paced, so it was a very enjoyable read. there weren't any dull moments that made me want to DNF
I wish, it just fell kinda flat for me. The writing felt juvenile to me and the pacing was weird. I'm glad there are people out there who enjoyed it but it just wasn't for me.
