Invalid Status?

I was trying to add another edition to this title & I got a message saying the the ISBN number already exists, but the book is marked invalid. I found a listing in Amazon.com for the paperback edition with the following ISBN numbers: ISBN-10 0722172087; ISBN-13 978-0722172087.

The invalid listing says author unknown, but the amazon.com listing has Hugh C. Rae as the author. https://www.amazon.com/dp/0722172087?...

Should I update the "invalid" entry with the author's name & cover image? Should the status be changed to public again? Or should I just leave everything as is and do nothing? I am not sure why it was classified as invalid. It seems to be a paperback edition of the Hardcover book we have listed The Rookery.

Could you link to the "invalid" entry? If it was marked invalid by an administrator, librarians should not touch it, but contact Support.

This is probably due to a recent import glitch where some books were marked as unknown author in error. You might want to write to Support to report it.
