I have been asked how one goes about making the booklists for reporting in on the challenge levels and keeping track in the YTD with lists that include links to the GoodReads book pages.
This is actually a simple process (hence, I can do it, LOL).
1. Go to the Challenges Folder and click on the Level Topic you're working on (for example, Charlotte Heywood). 2. Under Charlotte Heywood go to the comment box and make the remarks you would like to make or simply get ready to make your list. 3. At the empty comment box, you will notice that just above the box slightly to the right in small green font is 'add book/author'. Click on this link. 4. Inside the add book/author, you can choose to add by 'link' (which is the title of the book in code) or add by 'cover' (which is the option to use the book covers). Click one or the other. 5. Next, in the search box type in the book or author and hit search. Then choose the book that matches what you are trying to add (you can click below the book to see other editions if yours isn't the default one that comes up in the search). If the one you want still doesn't pop up, then search title with authors name to be more specific in your search. 6. Click 'add' and then it will bring you back to the comment box. Once you post, the bracketed code will show as the book title link or book cover depending on what you chose.
Feel free to ask for clarification or, other knowledgeable challenges can add or offer other options for list making.
