Has anyone started reading it already? I got my copy only 2 days ago...

Anyway... no idea what this book is about, but I noticed that every chapter is one day and it's a countdown to Christmas Day (19 days)!
So I'm thinking... why don't we read a chapter a day till Christmas?
I don't know if this sounds like fun only to me, but is there anyone else who likes the idea??? :)
If yes, then we should start on the 7th.... It doesn't mean that we have to post daily updates (unless we want to), but every few days, whenever we feel like it.

26th-31st - chapter 20 - end

PS. It's actually not a chapter per day (in the novel) like I first thought, I assumed wrong - countdown to Christmas is a bit more irregular than that, but the Christmas Day is chapter 19, so I got that right. Lol :D

If anyone feels like joining us at any point then please do - you'll see straight away exactly how many chapters you have to catch up :)

After reading chapter one I can say that Bettie for sure is not going to be my favourite person in the world, but the book itself might actually be funny :D

I tried with this book. Skimmed up to chapter 3 but I think I just don’t like magic. It’s giving me a headache, lol!

oh, that's not good... But you knew it was going to be about magic, lol!
I like a bit of magic here and there, like in Cecelia Ahern books where there's magic, but thats not the main focus of the book at all, it's just there in the background. so I think this might be right up my street.
Give it a few more days? maybe it'll click with you ;)
