Samuel Viana (digfish) | 1 comments Hi

I'm an author an at the same time librarian. I've joined the Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and added a book of mine to the catalog. That provided me with an ASIN number that used to register it in the Goodreads Accepted. The registration was accepted and I enrolled to be a recognized goodreads author. Tried to apply for free times and all those were rejected. In the last I even shared the same photo in my facebook page and goodreads. So I came to question do I have to give up from being a librarian to be a recognized author ?
The book I published is this:
O Milagre da Fonte da Gomeira
The book amazon url is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BN4KSWM6

Ville Kokko | 52 comments I know I'm both author and librarian here, although I became registered as an author first.

I don't know what's causing you these problems, but it's probably not because you're a librarian.

Linzi Day It's definitely not being a librarian. I am both. Librarian for many years, author more recently.

Also to update this post so that no-one else goes off to try and find a solution for you as i was doing just that, I clicked your profile and you are now showing as a Goodreads author. 😃
