[OPEN]Newly added edition should have been an ACE

In the folder NEW BOOKS & EDITIONS I ran into a request to add record for the 2022 Paladin Romanian edition with ISBN 9786069000328 of Isaac Ismanov's 'Robots & Empire', as per publishers link:

This request had already been dealt with (see https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...), but without inserting an ISBN/ASIN and with the (default) English description. When editing the record in order to change the description and to fill in the ISBN as yet, it appeared that the ISBN is already taken by the previous Paladin Romanian edition of 2019 (see https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...).

So it looks like the new 2022 edition should have been entered as an ACE instead of an entirely new record, thus moving the ISBN/ASIN to the newer edition.

How can this be corrected? I'm a fairly new Librarian and unsure how to handle this.
