Merge duplicates

I've separated the books and combined them with each other. Number one is the one with most meta data and the IBSN, number two, three and four are duplicates.

I guess someone undid your separation before I got to it. In the future, it is advised to add a librarian note saying "Pending merging, please do not re-combine until the merging is done"

Anyway, since the first edition is also the default edition for this work, I simply merged the other three editions with the default edition.
