looks really good, but also adult and as we have quite a few young teens in this group I dont think we should weekly read. This would however make a good buddy read for the group!!

Not sure I understand so Marie's World is up for the Buddy Read? FYI there's no love scenes or swearing in Marie's World. There is very small amount of violence.

Hi Krystal, we appeciate you explaining that there isn't a lot of mature content in the book, but it isn't about the book being okay for young adults to read, the book has to be about young adults. The defination of a Young Adult genre book is they are about chacters in their teens, an age range of 12-18 years old. The synopsis of your book states the charcter has been married, has a dancing career so the character appears to be over 18 years old and therefore is either New Adult or Adult genre. Our Weekly Reads are only about characters in their teens.
I see that you shared your book in our Author Zone which is great. Buddy Reads is when members decide they want to read a book together and all genres are welcome. But a member who wants to read a book would suggest it here https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... and then if others want to read it too they can say yes and pick a date to start. Hope that explains things!

I can't believe my library doesn't have this yet!

I've read
. I really liked it, but I don't remember if it had many discussion points. It's definitely fantasy with ghosts and vampires. A fun read.

I'm so down with that!
So I am going to add

and if anyone wants to do the fantasy/vampires let me know and I'll add them, since we don't usually read them.

Ok I was just going to start

....and I can already tell I am putting it aside so we can read it together!!

Hi Kristal,
Our weekly reads are Young Adult Contemporary Romance. We do occasionally add fantasy or science fiction type books if members agree they are interested in reading.
We've read
 as a group. Fantastic book.
The
doesn't have genre listed, but it sounds like YA Contemporary.
I would be okay with reading
 and

, but what does everyone else think??

 ?

      So

was recommended but I have a question for you all the third book comes out in October, do you want to wait for than to read all three books as a group or read the first two and wait to read the third in October...let me know.

Depends how "evil" the cliffhanger is....sometimes I'm okay with it sometimes....I fear for my kindle's safety.....

I'm open to either way!! Sometime it's fun to wait as a group for the next book and then get to read it all together later. Like the Never, Never series.

I didn't think it was that evil. Not Out of Time evil. It did leave you wanting more because of the characters and the writing. I am going to read the second one when it comes out for sure. I can't wait! ;)

What do you guys think about the never never series? I really liked Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover, but I felt like Never Never is too dark and sad

      Erika wrote: "As far as

, these are series, do we want to read the whole series?"
I'm the wrong person to decide. I'm sure I would read the whole series, but sometimes I get tired of reading them all back to back and need a break in between if it's a 4 or 5 book series. But that doesn't mean we can't read them all back to back. If I need to take a week break I can comment later. :)

The Never Never series was good. I didn't find it too dark or sad. If you check the Weekly reads we did in the group, I think you can find the links to our discussions about them. :)
