4 why is that the correct way to merge? Is the cover incorrect?

5 I deleted the so-called "Kindle Edition". One of the remaining versions is in Spanish, is that a fan translation? One of the other remaining editions has a different cover, is that cover incorrect?

6 The versions we have are:
* Kindle edition. Is that an invalid edition?
* Spanish edition. Is that a fan translation?
* Hardcover. Wasn't it ever released?
* ebook without ISBN. This one is redundant
* ebook with ISBN. I suppose this is the only real edition?

4- The story doesn't have a cover as it was published on the author's website; the cover added to the other edition is just fan-art.

5- Yes, the Spanish one is a fan translation and the other one is just a duplicate with a fanmade cover, actually the green cover is a fanmade cover as well, this story doesn't have a cover either.

* Kindle- My bad, I missed that at first, so that one should remain as it has an ASIN.
* Italian edition- You're right.
* Hardcover- Never released on this format, indeed.
* Ebook without ISBN- Yes, duplicate.
* Ebook with ISBN- You're right, that's why I initially posted the link to that edition.
