Hello,

I'm a fairly new Librarian and wanted to add the Kindle edition for a.m. book (vide https://www.amazon.com/Hoofd-haggis-D...), however the ASIN number is already taken by the ebook edition with isbn 9789047205968.

How to proceed? Is it allowed to delete the ASIN from the ebook edition in order to add the Kindle edition?

Librarians can no longer do anything with already existing ISBN/ASINs. If you change the format to kindle edition the book should link to amazon.

OK, understood, but the isbn 9789047205968 is for the ebook (epub-format), so it should not be changed to a Kindle edition.

Does this mean that the Kindle edition ASIN B098F4MK9C (mobi or azw format), which obviously was also being sold, can not be added as an extra edition because the ebook edition already takes the same ASIN?

Yes. You will have to contact support to have them separated.
