Jasmin | 9 comments I've been trying for months now to get a book uploaded to Goodreads without success. I am aware that the moderators are doing this on their spare time but is this really the only and best way to do?

Requesting a book to be uploaded and then having to wait for another person with correct access to do the actual work. If not done it I have to remind to get it done.

Goodread is supposed to be THE database of books and really consider making the process easier for all parties. An easy suggestion would be to implement an approval of a filled in request (that I as a user can do) which could mean that the books are added to a queue, checked against the ISBN number (to filter out what is already in the database), which would provide the moderators with two options: Approval / Refusal.

Maybe there are more things to consider, but it doesn't have to be that hard.

Idk, sorry for ranting but a bit frustrated.

Have a nice evening all fellow book nerds :)
