Alrighty Folks! Welcome to my wonderful group, to stay here abide by these rules:
1: My first and most crucial rule is that you please just be kind! It doesn't matter anyone's stance in life, whether it be gender, ethnicity, sexuality, race, opinions, religion, background, languages spoken or anything of that matter, I will NOT condone any bullying against ANYONE!
2: Despite my love for colorful language, please do not swear (English or otherwise.) This (I hope,) will become a greatly expansive roleplay group, so please keep your language respectful!
3: Be open. This sort of ties in with rule one, but honestly, please try to be open-minded and stay respectful when other's share their thoughts. I will not allow any sort of messages that are even remotely similar to "who asked?" or "no one cares." or "no one asked." Everyone deserves to be heard, and this will be the hill I die on if I must.
4: I understand for some that mustering long posts will be difficult, so I ask for at least a minimum of 5 sentences per post, no matter what. It can often be frustrating to be left with a single sentence with nothing to work off of. Roleplays are a cooperative story, please give your partner(s) something to work with.
5: Alright y'all, this should be common sense, but I'll say it until someone listens to me. TRIGGERING TOPICS WILL STAY OUT OF GENERAL CHAT! I REPEAT ANYTHING REMOTELY TRIGGERING WILL STAY OUT OF CHAT! And if there is no reason around it, put trigger warnings around. Within roleplay is absolutely okay, but please please PLEASE put it in spoilers with the proper warnings. Many MANY people you will meet on here have their own issues, and all it takes is a little word here or there to ruin their day. So PLEASE watch what you say!
6: Don't be afraid to ask for help! It's okay to not know how to do something! There are some topics with roleplay-related stuff, but if you still don't understand ask a moderator or fellow roleplayer! Don't be ashamed, we all need help with things every once in a while! (it's certainly better than getting it pointed out and feeling ashamed or embarrassed.)
7: Please try to use proper spelling. No abbreviations for things like "you", "be right back," "what do you mean" or other such things. Please spell them out, you are not texting your bestie, you are writing what we could consider an active story. When your character is speaking PLEASE put quotation marks, it's much easier to understand. Punctuation is appreciated and I'm tempted to make it required. You don't have to capitalize, but please try your best!
