Help! I want to read this book again but can't remember the name.....

A woman goes back to her home town because her family is about to lose their land. The neighbor propositions her, if she is at the man and his brothers beck and call (sexual service) then she can save the land. The main brother has always had feelings for her and they continue to develop, as do the women's feelings for him. I believe the cover had an African American woman on it.
