This is my first time reading this series. So far this first book reads like a contemporary romance to me. I keep trying to come up with theories about what's really going on. I really hope this lives up to the hype! Is anyone else reading this for the first time?

I know exactly what you mean. I was enjoying it but kept waiting for something major to happen! At the end it starts getting more exciting. I finished this yesterday. I am definitely excited to read the next book. I'm hoping that the next book is faster paced throughout the entire thing. That's not saying this one was slow.. I just was anxious to find out what was going on I think. Lol.
