During the first training exercise in San Diego where Lindsey was the hostage, Jenks just about loses it when no one can find her after both teams lose her. Was he underestimating her, starting to develop deeper feelings, some combination of both or something else?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments Lindsey is competent and Jenk definitely underestimated her abilities. He was really concerned about her, and I think he was developing deeper feelings even if he didn't want to acknowledgement them. Although, I was concerned when she went missing, because of the Beth storyline, realistically she was never in any real danger.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments Jenk and the rest of the team definitely underestimated Lindsey. He was very worried about her and I was actually starting to be worried about her too.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1808 comments The SEALs, including Mark, underestimated Lindsey because they did not know her well enough to grasp her abilities like Tom's team. That said, it also indicates that Mark was developing stronger feelings for her.

He definitely underestimated Lindsey, thinking she couldn’t handle herself in a desert. But, there were other dynamics in play for Mark. It was here when I realized he truly had strong feelings for her.

Tom was the only one who knows her capabilities. He was never worried.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I agree with everyone. Lindsey has skills that can compete with the others.
