Please merge Philippe Buchet to Philippe Buchet.

There's also PHILIPPE BUCHET JEAN DAVID MORVAN, but in this case someone created one author for three poeple. The book LOBEZNO: SAUDADE should have three authors:
- Jean David Morvan
- Philippe Buchet (Illustrator)
- Walter Pezzali (Colorist)

Another mistake: Jean David Morvan, Philippe Buchet
The book Sillage #5 should have two authors:
- Jean David Morvan
- Philippe Buchet (Illustrator)

Please also merge Jean David Morvan Isýk Erguden to Jean David Morvan. "Isýk Erguden" is a separate person.
